New, modernly equipped apartment - studio of 30 m2, located on the ground floor of a new residential building (completed in late 2018), which is equipped with intercom and cameras. The building has free parking which is also equipped with video surveillance.
The building is located near Šušanjska beach (100 m) and Hotel "Princess" in Bar (500 m).
The apartment consists of a comfortable living room, spacious terrace and bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with modern furniture and appliances. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, built-in refrigerator, stove and freezer, cable TV and internet. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed, and is characterized by a very simple mechanism (dimensions 1.6mx2m). There is also an extra single bed with Murphy mechanism (dimensions 1.9x0.90) so that the apartment can accommodate a maximum of three adults.
Towels, bed linen, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, complete kitchen utensils and shower cosmetics are at guests ’disposal.
It should be emphasized that in the immediate vicinity of the building there are numerous restaurants, cafes, markets, as well as a beautiful pine forest with a landscaped park.
The terrace was subsequently glazed for both privacy and practical reasons, and the gallery features photos with a new look.
